WELCOME TO MACK MUSCLE

My name is Carson McKenzie, I am the owner of  Mack Muscle Fitness. I strive for the highest quality in goal planning, fitness programming, and motivational strategies to make sure you reach your fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle. My mission is to promote self awareness and wellness through personal training. Any individual willing to dedicate themselves to training will improve mentally and physically through the customized program built to cater to their individualized needs. We'll prioritize optimizing your form, pushing you hard to reach your end goal, and practicing skills you can utilize at any time. I have worked with a wide range of clientele of all ages from beginners, advanced gym goers, to college athletes . So I'm confident whatever level of fitness you may be at.

                                                       

Online Training:

With a focus on helping online clients drop up to 15-30lbs of body fat in 12 weeks [without a restrictive diet and doing no more than three hours of  resistance exercise a week], this is a program for people who want to improve their overall health and fitness, tone and build muscle, lose body fat, as well as work on athletic or sport specific movement. It includes a nutrition plan, with calories and macronutrients,  as well as meal frequency all designed with the client in mind.

Video sessions also allow time for us to chat about your overall program, nutrition, barriers, and any other question the my come up.
