Online Training:

With a focus on helping online clients drop up to 15-30lbs of body fat in 12 weeks [without a restrictive diet and doing no more than three hours of  resistance exercise a week], this is a program for people who want to improve their overall health and fitness, tone and build muscle, lose body fat, as well as work on athletic or sport specific movement. It includes a nutrition plan, with calories and macronutrients,  as well as meal frequency all designed with the client in mind.

The app Trainerize is utilized to track calories burned as well complete workout programs. Weekly check ins will be conducted and messaging is enabled through the app for questions or if exercises need to be modified. 

One On One  Assisted Stretching:

Assisted stretching can play a vital role in promoting health and recovery. A one-on-one program provides personalized attention ensuring that each stretch is tailored to your unique needs and abilities. An individualized approach not only enhances flexibility, but also helps prevent injuries and alleviate muscle tension.
